John Devaney, our new Executive Director,
brings a 15-year background in non-profit health care and human services to Tileston. He has a BS in Sociology
from Longwood University, Virginia. His responsibilities include motivating and directing the operations
of the Tileston Health Clinic, managing the staff and volunteers; overseeing and participating in program development, generating
clinic funding through grant writing and developing donor relations within the community; collaborating with other community
health care providers, setting policy and procedures for all clinic and administrative issues; and serving as a liaison between
the clinic and the Board of Directors.
Jeanne Rose, our Clinic Supervisor
is a Family Nurse Practioner (FNP) who began work at Tileston in January 2008. She manages and coordinates the
activities of the various clinics.
Diane
Ihnat, RN is our Clinic Coordinator. She joined our Tileston staff in 2007 and brings 35 years
of nursing experience to the clinic. Diane provides case management for the elderly and diabetic patients.
She also coordinates our clinic volunteers and oversees medical referrals for our patients.

Gordon Boyd is the Business Manager who helps new patients determine their eligibility
for the Tileston program. Mr Boyd is also responsible for the more than 300 Tileston volunteers.
Mayte' Ramirez is
the manager of the Patient Assistance Program (PAP). A long time Tileston volunteer, Mayte' is the newest member of the Tileston Clinic team. She interacts with patients and negotiates with the pharmaceutical
companies to provide free drugs for them.
Vickie Caron is the Tileston receptionist and
administrative assistant who keeps the office organized and running smoothly. She oversees 31 volunteers and interacts
directly with patients answering phone calls, making appointments, and helping in medical records.

Some volunteers work many hours each week.
