2009 Golf Tournament

Both events
were sponsored by the Coast Association of Health Underwriters.
About 80
people attended this year's event, and once again Tileston Health Clinic was the recipient of the proceeds.
The Tileston Health Clinic appreciates the Coastal Association of Health Underwriters for
their generosity.
This event was successful because of the efforts
of many people. In particular, · As in 2009, Charlie MacGrooders Restaurant of Leland provided box lunches for all before
the tournament began. The tasty food gave the golfers the enery needed to play in the hot sun...and it was
one of the hottest days of the summer.
·
While on the course Golfers were treated to a variety of cool
beverages supplied by RA Jeffreys Distributing Co. The drinks were much appreciated.
·
At the end of the tournament, dinner was served,
compliments of UnitedHealthcare. This gave players a time to relax and unwind with good conversations and
fellowship.
·
Staff and Volunteers worked together behind
the scenes to make sure the players’ needs were met. Without them, the afternoon would have been
difficult.
In 2009, Coastal Association
of Health Care Underwriters Presented a Check to the Tileston Health Clinic.

Last year, members of the Coastal Association of Health Underwriters (CAHU) presented a check
of $5215 to the Tileston Clinic on June 18th. This donation was used to help offset medical expenses at the clinic.
Tileston expresses deep gratitude to everyone involved in making the Golf Tournament a successful event.
